Since its first foreign tour in 1935, the U.S. women’s national team has been chasing the dual purpose of winning on the field and helping to grow this great game. The chase has been successful with the U.S. winning nine of the 11 championships sponsored by World Lacrosse and inspiring tens of thousands of young girls to pick up a stick.

The goal of the NTDP is to provide high-level training for the nation’s top young players that will ultimately expand the talent pool for the U.S. national teams that participate in international World Lacrosse competitions.
