We Stand Initiative

The WE STAND Initiative is a social movement. Our purpose is to create a sense of belonging for all within the sports community.

Cultural Competency

This online training tool, available to everyone, can be used in further educating coaches, parents, and athletes about the powerful impact of diversity and inclusion.

Urban Lacrosse Alliance

Through the ULA, USA Lacrosse supports self-sustaining youth programs with education and resources as they provide playing opportunities in underrepresented communities.

Sankofa Clinics

Providing accessibility for boys and girls from underrepresented lacrosse communities with free youth clinics.

Native American Advisory Council

Our Native American Advisory Council provides guidance so that we can better understand and honor the roots of the game while also supporting sport growth and sustainability efforts in Native communities.

Adaptive Lacrosse

USA Lacrosse believes that anyone from anywhere should be able to play lacrosse and compete, and is committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community in a meaningful and productive way.
